Triangle Diagnostic is taking every precaution to insure that all patients are safe.
We work diligently everyday to maintain clean, safe offices for both our patients and staff.

Safety Protocols for Patients and Staff:
1. All patients must wear mask to all appointments and our staff will also be wearing mask
2. All patients must complete their COVID-19 Acknowledgment and Questionnaire forms prior to coming for their appointments.
3. All patients will have their temperature taken prior to entering the facility
4. Social and Physical distancing is in practice within the office with the waiting rooms accommodating the SIX FEET distance between patients.
5. We are only Scheduling 3 patients an hour to allow adequate cleaning and disinfection between patient visits.
